We are OPEN as NORMAL
All our pharmacies are open as normal. Please feel free to visit during our normal opening hours, we have a wide range of over the counter items available from Cold, Flu and Cough remedies, other medicinal lines, Vitamins, First Aid and household essentials. Please wear a face mask when you enter the pharmacy and observe social distancing - everyone is welcome to browse and it could save you a trip to the supermarket - Support your local pharmacy.
Covid Tests now available in the pharmacy
We are now able to supply COVID - 19 PCR tests which will be a requirement for re-entry into the UK if you have to travel overseas. It is also likely that when internation travel for holidays abroad start again people going abroad will need to take a PCR test and produce a negative result when returning to the UK. This is not an NHS service and there will be a charge for the PCR tests
We are also supplying the FREE NHS Lateral Flow Covid-19 tests for people without symptoms - if you would like one of these please visit your local branch of Delmergate Pharmacy, please note that these are available on a daily basis whilst stocks last, however should we run out, we receive more stock each day to help meet the demand for these tests.

Please note our phone lines can be busy at times, if you cannot get through straight away please try again later. Please do not contact our head office to check prescription or stock availiabilty as they are not able to check this remotely for you.
Repeat Prescriptions & Deliveries
We provide a repeat prescription service, if your surgery can send your prescriptions to us electronically we can process your prescriptions and deliver them to you if you are housebound or are shielding. Please contact your local branch of Delmergate for more information on our delivery serivice.

Patient Access to the Pharmacy
Due to the coronavirus and the increased workload this has created we have had to temporarily change the hours we are open to members of the public. This means that patients will only be able to come inside the pharmacy to collect prescriptions and make purchases between the hours of 9am & 1pm in the morning and 3pm & 5pm in the afternoon (Mon - Fri) Check branch details for our new hours (inc Saturday where applicable). The staff will still be on duty during normal branch opening hours so if you have an urgent query when the branch is not open to the public, please call the pharmacy - all our staff are off duty between 1pm and 2pm to ensure they get a break during the day. Requests for Deliveries
We are receiving a lot of additional and new requests from customers that do not normally have a delivery from our pharmacies due to self isolating or other reasons.
Our delivery service is unfortunately now running at full capacity. If you are able to collect your own medications it would help us free up resources we can use to help the most vulnerable at the moment.
As much as we would like to help each and everyone of you that asks for a delivery we just do not have the resources.
Where possible please explore the possibilities of asking a friend, neighbour or family member to collect your prescription if you cannot collect it yourself .
We will work with volunteer groups if any are operating in your area.
Unfortunately we cannot post medicines.

Coronavirus Covid 19
Our teams are working round the clock to continue providing a service to our customers.
These are unprecedented times working in pharmacy right now and as you can imagine demand for pharmacy services has never been greater.
We have had to make some temporary changes to our opening hours in all our stores to allow the staff to catch up on the backlog of work so from 23rd March 2020 we will be closed from 1pm to 3pm each weekday.
The welfare of our staff and customers is of utmost importance to us so we are restricting the amount of people that can come into the pharmacy at any one time, that way we can ensure social distancing guidelines are observed.
